Isolating stem tracks from multi-channel DVD-A and SACD

I have a number of multi-channel discs in my collection, and a DVD/SACD player with multi-channel analogue outs Front L, Rear R, Centre, etc. as Phono/RCA sockets.

I want to get each channel onto my PC and loaded into Audacity, as separate tracks within that app.

I have a standalone Tascam solid-state recorder, so I could make three passes of the disc, to record front, rear and centre, then load them up in three imports to Audacity, and split the stereo tracks, but I would then have to make adjustments to synchronise them as there's no guarantee I would hit record at the same point on each

The only other ways I can see are to get a multi-channel soundcard, with 5.1 inputs, and use Audacity to record in real time from that, or some kind of USB solution, where Audacity would take a feed from input at a USB port.

Suggestions?
