This is all a non-issue. In TTD Band Restriction Policies it states:

"Complete broadcasts of TV shows - complete broadcasts that are NOT primarily about music are NOT allowed. This includes, but is not restricted to, SNL, Letterman, Video Award shows. The music portion IS allowed, but not the complete broadcast."

So it shouldn't matter if a TV show name is in the title of the torrent. If the legal teams from television companies were a concern, this would not be posted here.
