Re: converting quicktime to wmv

Nowadays most dvd authoring programs will let you add a mov as a source file without problems, so why the extra conversion to wmv?
MOV(H.264 or MPEG4)>WMV>DVD(MPEG2).

Why not use MKVToolnix and use this to demux the mov, add the extra audio/chapters etc and create a mkv?
