I'm surprised you were able to burn it.

Imgburn will not burn a file like that, it has to have a VIDEO_TS folder.

Make a folder inside the folder that has the VOBs and name it VIDEO_TS, then burn it. If it doesn't work, the DVD has problems.

It's handy to have DVD-RWs to test things like this.
