I have some experience with DVD lab pro. I can help you if you decide to use that program. It supports ac3 audio format. Itīs strange DVD builder does not. Itīs the most common audio format of DVDs.
If itīs giving you trouble to re-author you can up it just as it is: a folder with the name containing the AUDIO_TS (which would be empty) and VIDEO_TS folders and an info file.
