I am editing this post and deleting what was previously said about Billster. I'd leave the original post, but it is too disrespectful and nasty. Bill has sent his end of the trade along with many many many extras i didn't even ask for (!!!), proving once again that he is one of the trading community's finest assets and a man of his word.
