Thanks ... actually I got on the phone with my DSL tech support and forwarded the ports on my DSL modem. Now everything seems to be working properly. www.canyouseeme.org can see me, and TDD shows that I am no longer firewalled.

So it seems the issue was that I need to forward the ports in my router as well as the DSL modem.
