Just need to know how to do a basic insert edit.
Of the bottom recording into the top recording.
And keeping the two in sync with each other.

That's is all I need help with at this point.
The rest I know how to do.
Looking for the easiest way of doing this.

I also do use Adobe Audition 3 at times if that is easier to do ?
