Azureus has some problems with showing shares sometimes. Having DHT enabled will cause this. Disable DHT. DHT basically is being connected without being connected to a server (which is what updates your ratio). But at the same time it can connect you to torrents that get banned. Google/wiki DHT for more info. Or just wait for Lynne to chime in.
