What OS are you running? I use a Mac, but I think you can do 'details' or something like that to get it on a PC. Oh, the extension is what is after the period, so whatever.jpg . jpg is the extension. Seriously, your best bet is from the site you got the show from. We don't know what you have and we can't tell you what is up.
