a norwegian band called Seigmen, they started out as a kind of heavy dark rock band, but this show is from the end of their career, when they had incorporated a lot of electronic sounds into their music...
it's probably recorded on MD in the first place, since it's from a small venue in 1997, and the MD is/was the most popular device for taping shows here in norway, at least during the 90s.
