Toast 7 is the only one of those that'll do the trick, though you may encounter johnny sync issue.

I'm on my kids' (G3) machine at the mo but from memory you need to go to Toast's Video tab and select DVD-Video. At the bottom of the options drawer you can select Custom or, er...something else. Select custom and at the next window opt to re-encode video never. IIRC you don't get an option to bang the MP2 audio up to 48 kHz, just AC3 or PCM.

In this case I'd go for AC3 but you could use the demuxed and upsampled M1V and MP2 files from the ffmpegX option earlier on if you prefer. As long as they're identically named (apart from the extension) and in the same directory, Toast will automatically associate them with each other.

I know it sounds a tad complicated but stick with it, we'll get Pop his DVD
