I'd guess this is
ATRAC3 (LP2) which is really a little worse than even mp3 128kbps CBR and should not be traded. The noise in the high frequencies demonstrates that it has been captured via analog but if it was mp3 it would be perfectly black up there. Don't trade this one. I was tempted not to post at all.
