I got this from EZT/Dime as unlisted bonus tracks to a live show. It's Fiona Apple unreleased studio album
Extraordinary Machine. This album - I gather all the other songs are mp3 as well - haven't been circulating in any lossless format as far as I know. This seems to confirm that it's been mp3-only from day one.
BTW, could it be 192 kbps VBR because of the chunky, block-like shapes? I'm trying to learn how to spot mp3-sourced thingies, so I've been reading a little about it, but I'm a beginner still.
