This looks like you are firewalled. I am on cable modem as well. In addition to that you should have a router for the actual internet connection which your computer is connnected to physicall o via WLAN. In either case you may have to forward the port of the torrent program you are using. Under
http://portforward.com/ you may be able to find some help on how to do it
