I've had one trade with him that didn't go as planned and I ended up receiving a lossy VCD sourced DVD. He quickly fixed the situation and gave no silly excuses for it. The way I see it is that usually this is the kind of situation where you'll separate the good traders from the great traders. Based on the way he handled this situation, I'd rate Maidencolorado amongst the great traders and will continue trading with him in the future as well
