Thanks for the info. I went to the website to download Ones but I'm getting msg that my trial period has already expired. I used search via this website and see that someone else had the same problem. Just trying to determine if I need another program or if my DVDs are garbage? They are Memorex DVD-R DLs??? If they are in fact garbage, would appreciate some info on what types of blanks to buy.
