there are a number of ways to do this..
one opinion:
-remove the existing shows that are seeding from the utorrent client.
-move your torrent folders to the new drive location.
-goto each thread offering the show / select / repoint to existing folder on new drive
-torrent(s) will recheck the files & seed back out
