This is a long post but I tried to be as specific as possible.
I downloaded the Phish Video Montage DVD. I was able to view it on my pc (Dell, XP prof.OS) using VLC media player. I recently bought a DVD burner - NEC DVD RW ND-3540A and Nero 6 software. I burned (?burnt?) all of the files from the torrent (except the MD5 checks). I used a Verbatim 16 x DVD+R disc (review in cdfreaks.com gave this media a high rating with this burner). When I tried to watch the video on my pc using Nero Showtime, the audio worked but the video didn't - black screen. I was able to watch the video from the DVD when I opened it with VLC. The biggest problem is that when I put the disc in my DVD player (Samsung P-231) all I saw was an FBI warning followed by a title saying "TeamHood production". The disc itself wouldn't play. I kept on getting the stop logo (red circle with a line in the middle).
I previously emailed Samsung and they said the player could play both DVD+R and DVD-R.
Anyone have any ideas
