FLV audio/video out of sync only in editors.

All right, so I have a FLV file which I'd like to do a bit of editing (extracting a section) to so I can put it up on YouTube.

It plays just fine in any media player (e.g. MPC or VLC), but if I load it into a video editor (Avidemux or VDub using AviSynth) the audio and video are out of sync. I'd presume it'd also be out of sync on the edits.

Any suggestions anyone?

Edit: Realized maybe I should post video info
