I don't do a lot of downloading, so it doesn't matter either way to me, but the way I see it is "you snooze, you lose". No one should feel obligated to reseed, but at the same time, isn't this whole thing about sharing? If so, all it takes is one kind person to share by reseeding a request.

As for the original seeder having the right to pull his/her seed - of course they do, but I'd hope it would be after someone else has started seeding. Otherwise, why "appear" to be kind (by originating) when it's possible you might be pulling the seed later on? The original seeder should feel a little sense of responsibility, I think - just as the leechers should feel a little responsible in helping to seed after they've downloaded. Of course for some, it's not possible, so they may be excused.

Excuse me if I missed the point. I'm still new to this whole process and there is lot's more for me to learn.
