In all fairness, I have traded with Bruce about a half dozen times and I have always received my stuff. This last time he took a little longer than usual, and I too got a bit frustrated. Had to send several emails but he did respond eventually and I got my discs. He has had some health challenges in the past year, not making excuses for him but I'm sure you'll get your stuff. I waited a lot longer than a week.
