If you don't have a VM maybe using system restore points will help. If you retry the installation(s) please do *not* install TLH by double-clicking the installer file. Run the installer with the parameter /LOG via Start > Run instead (command line is something like "YourDrive:\YourDir\tralihxxx.exe /LOG"). This will generate a (very) long installation log in your Documents And Settings folder that may give you a hint where things went wrong.
