whats the HIGHEST Bitrate you can use with UNCOMPRESSED Audio

EVERY time i try to make a dvd on a Mac using uncompressed wavs as the audio it tells me it can not burn because the bitrate/data rate is to high

example i had a 48 minute video with a bitrate of 8 and it said it was to high to burn on a standard dvd-r
