MD5Summer will make wholefile md5s, which are perfectly fine for seeding a DVD. Actually, they are also fine for seeding Audio, however we would also like a copy of the shntool md5s for audio (and that is what should be posted in the thread). If you are seeding something in flac, then you just need to post the ffps (which are basically the same as shntool md5s only for flac files).

One of the best tools you could have on your harddrive if you are a bittorrenter is Traders Little Helper. It's kinda an all in one program and it can make flac fingerprints or shntool md5s or wholefile md5s and verify with any of those and do a ton of other stuff.
