Had the OP spent the time using the search function instead of starting yet another thread, they would have found the likely solution. Nero notoriously has issues with dual layers...thus,
Get ONES. After that it's usually a cheap disc issue. If it still doesn't work, burner or player.
How many threads/comments are there about "I can't deal with PAL, can this be in NTSC?"
What's the answer to that...buy a new player that supports PAL. This is the same thing.
