canyouseeme.org will tell you if your port is forwarded correctly. So, look up what port number you are using in uTorrent, then go to
www.canyouseeme.org and put the port number in there. If it says everything is fine, then you aren't firewalled. If it says it can't see you, then you are firewalled.
