Are you needing help getting the screen captures or attaching them to the posts?

As bigwurock said, use vlc and then you can do screen captures like you would for anything else. You probably have to use an editing program to cut them down to size. It would also help if you "Save for Web" which makes them smaller in filesize.

To attach them to a post, hit the Post Reply button, of the Go Advanced button and then you will get a Manage Attachments button at the bottom of the post form which you can use to attach screenshots.
