When you create the .ffp file in traderslittlehelper, you have the option to save it as a text file as well as just a .ffp file. Some folks will save a .ffp file AND a text version of it to their flac folders. Some folks will only save a text version of the ffp file, but I recommend against that, as some trackers will the not detect a checksum file and auto-disallow an upload.
This is how I first did it before I learned the "right click on .ffp file > open with > notepad" way.
