John, if you wanted to do this just so you'd have seperate tracks, you can instead download a nifty little utility called CD Wave Editor here. In it, you can load the .CUE file then save the resultant tracks right to FLAC format. No glitches and lossless. The reason you run into trouble adding the step of actualy burning the tracks to CD is in that CD is optical media VS magnetic like a HDD, and optical media ALWAYS has errors.
