you should NOT have to convert anythig downloaded from this site. Only pre authored DVDs are for download here. Any software should be able to burn them without issue. However, if you don't want to burn onto dual layer dvds (DVD9 - which are pretty darn expensive) you will have to convert them to DVD5 for burning onto a single layer disc. This conversion will only be required for burning dvd9s onto dvd5 media. does that make sense?
