Might or might not be FM - the pilot should be filtered by the receiver, but many do not. so... Presence of 19 kHz pilot = FM, Lack of pilot = not necessarily either way.

the 15.7kHz noise pretty much tells us there was an analog transfer along the way, at some point, close to a CRT.

nice and lossless, though.



so, you just have a possible lineage issue. The recording quality is acceptable.
