This is really bad. You can see that the audio frequency takes a dive @ around 8khz. Look @ the numbers on the side of the spectral chart, as well as the graph. If you look @ the spectral (on my image), you'll note that the frequency doesn't even hit 10khz. The graph shows a drop @ 8khz. Looks like someone scribbled in the spectral... Lol...
On your image, the frequencies are cut @ around 15khz, which is typical for mp3 compression.
