Which version of TLH do you use? (The latest release is v2.3.0.155. If you don't have it please
upgrade.
Only if you are already running v2.3.0.155:
What error messages (exact wording) do you get? (There's a build-in function to create a screenshot of TLH that in many cases even works after an error occured. If you cannot access the
Tools menu use <Shift><PrintScr>.) Did you change anything in TLH's installation folder after installing (replace a command-line application with another release, for example)?
