i know nero changes one of the files when you burn to DVD-Video, but not a Data disc...i think its the .ifo file, but i'm not positive...so despite being a "lossless" copy in theory, it will fail the md5...whether roxio does this as well, i don't know...
...and yeah, it could be roxio introducing errors...i hear its not very reliable for trading purposes, but never use it so...
