The info file is not CD-quality stays for audio data is not 16 bit 44.1 kHz. 16 bit 44.1 kHz is the standard for audio CDs. So you have to downsample/upsample that audio data if you want to burn an audio CD. Note that sector boundary errors only make sense when it comes to audio CDs (that's why the fix failed).
