Just leave your windows open after you download. That's the only way to improve your upload amount. You are not firewalled, so that is good. The thing that I do to make sure I upload a lot is every night before bed, I check the torrents I have already downloaded and see if any of them need some help with seeding. Then I pick one or two and give it unlimited upload 'power' overnight.
