if you have Adobe Audition, you can play the file (using RealPlayer) and record it as a WAV file on-the-fly. TotalRecorder will do this as well.

also, if you have Nero, i think there's a free plugin you can install so you can just drag & drop the file from Nero into an "Audio-CD" compilation, and it will convert the file and burn it to audio cd.
