It doesn't sound like you are missing anything else. The one thing you will have to do is setup a static LOCAL IP, this is the IP that the router assigns to your computer that usually looks like 192.168.1.xxx Many people have this set up to by dynamically assigned and that won't work if you need to forward your ports to a certain computer since your computer is identified by the local IP. So, make sure when you go to portforward.com that you do the step to setup a static IP (they won't say static local IP, but this is what is it).
