hey zeppelin dude.

That's not that easy. try searching on here for demux or demultiplex.
you are going to demux each vob to it's elementary streams with TMPGenc Xpress or DVD Decryptor in file mode.... m2v and wav (or ac3). then you are going to input the old and new audio files into Sony Vegas and line up the two making sure they are perfectly in sync. Then you cut the ends of the new one to be exactly the same length as the old audio. Then you remuliplex the files back to mpeg 2 to author with your DVD program such as Sony DVD Architect.


The key here is to avoid encoding the video again.
