If you're not too far into it already, I'd suggest µTorrent. It is a C++ based client like bitcomet and will run circles around java crap like azureus. It is very fast and runs with very little system resources.

Okay, so I downloaded this and double clicked on the utorrent.exe file and my firewall is going crazy as if I've already got torrents going. Why? I haven't even looked at the program let alone started up any torrents and it is asking permission for all sorts of UDP incoming and outgoing to many different ips. This doesn't seem normal to me.
