i don't see why not...just set yer ports up seperately and give it a go
but i'm sure you realize your u/l speeds are gonna be slowed if you're d/ling a bunch simultaneously [unless yer on a T3 line or something]...i usually stay away from d/ling anything when i'm seeding a show, but i'm on just an average broadband connection
