I'd go with one of the demux options in the File menu of MPEG Streamclip. If you open the first main VOB in a VIDEO_TS it'll give you the option of opening the whole set as one. Once you've made your corrections in the audio you could remux (as a VIDEO_TS folder) with ffmpegX or, as long as the audio and video streams are identically named apart from extension and in the same directory, you can use Toast.
