Yes, IfoEdit is a handy tool. Recently, I learnt how to do the chapters, fix aspect ratios and some little things.

I have no problems with pal/ntsc. In this country almost every TV set & every dvd standalone sold PLAY EVERYTHING tv system & region wise.
