I must do something wrong with Cool Edit "mixpaste" option, because I don't know how to see the difference. I have a very limited use of this software...

However, I think I found something. I checked the WAV file and there is a blank at the very beginning of the track from 0:00.000 to 0:07.399, maybe one drive read this blank part differently?
