Having more than one antivirus at the time is asking for trouble. Stay with Windows Defender, delete the rest.

Follow install instructions (link below "download" button), but do all that (download and install on usb drive) on the other,
unaffected computer. After that, boot your affected computer from that very usb drive and let it do the job.
