Append the torrent name with a number or letter and re-upload, as far as I know we have no access to repair anything from the tracker end of things. I at least have no access to the tracker to remove or repair erroneous torrents on the tracker. It honestly doesn't happen as often as you would think with the database issues we have had of late.
Its the only real fix at ours (I.E. admins) disposal.
