They also have another source listed with lineage that states specifically silver CD, so this may have originated as a CDR boot. So, it might work with that notation...
But there's no telling from the lineage that you have whether it's really a CDR(0) "master" boot rip with EAC, or an unknown gen CDR(x) copy of a copy of a copy badly burned and not securely ripped in link 3 of the cdr(x) chain blah blah woof woof rip, so I'm not sure if you can remanufacture a lineage out of thin air to make it work for here... ...?

I should have answers, but all I have are more questions. Sorry!
