The OS on all the computers remote and local are Windows 10.

Funny enough, IT reports to me. And we do have a robust team, we have a fairly complex IT infrastructure. I think CEOs like to torture CFOs with this responsibility. So I have discussed it with them and they've tried various things. I haven't had them remote into my local PC because well, it's my personal PC. If you get my drift.

I purchased a cheap video card and replaced my existing video card but the problem remains.

I will talk to them about reinstalling Remote Desktop.
