LL is ok with bands that aren't explicitly taper friendly with taper sections, but yes, they do not want bands that are explicitly anti-taper. So there is an NAB list. Similar to dime.

One of the main prohibitions on LL is liberated bootlegs. If you are recording the shows, then that is not a problem for you.

LL is centered around jam bands, but jam band fans typically have diverse tastes, so I do not think they would object to most of your recordings. Stuff in the general realm of rock, blues, bluegrass, country, jazz.

The reason why I suggest LL to you is that the info you upload for shows never gets deleted from the site. For dime, you are right that the info does get deleted after a period of time with no seeders. You should keep in mind that the info can still be accessed indirectly by downloading their mail archive.

That being said, I was unaware LL isn't currently accepting new members until the new year - bit of a problem there.
Not so much overrun with Grateful Dead shows these days, but there sure are a lot of Widespread Panic shows.
